I confirm I have obtained the referees’ consent to me for disclosing their personal data to your organisation for the purpose of obtaining the relevant type of reference.
I hereby consent to Beyaz Denizcilik ve Ticaret Ltd. collecting, using and disclosing to other members of the Beyaz Denizcilik ve Ticaret Ltd. the personal data in this Application Form for the purpose of deciding whether or not to hire me for the position listed below.
If my application is unsuccessful, I consent to Beyaz Denizcilik ve Ticaret Ltd. retaining my personal data for up to 12 months and disclosing it to other Beyaz Denizcilik ve Ticaret Ltd. for the purpose of considering me for other roles.
